Collected information is only used to process artist applications for the Royal Oak Outdoor Art Fair and awarding student scholarships. No data is shared or distributed to other parties.
Scholarship applicant information is only used for reviewing applications and awarding scholarships. The names of individuals who receive scholarships may be published on our website and social media accounts for the purpose of promoting the scholarship program. Samples of artwork submitted during the application process may also be published on our website and social media accounts, and attributed to the student unless otherwise requested by the artist or their legal guardian.
How long we retain your data
Artist and scholarship application data is retained indefinitely. This is for internal accounting and historical purposes.
What rights you have over your data
Art Fair and scholarship applicants can request to receive an electronic copy of their information. Applicants can also request that we erase any personal information contained in their applications, however, this does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
